Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery

Divytva Jewels  is seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executive for our Rajkot showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, deep knowledge of jewellery products, and the ability to handle premium clients while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers with a professional and courteous approach.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable jewellery (gold, diamond, antique, etc.).
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Guide and support junior sales staff in day-to-day operations.
  • Take charge of high-value sales and handle VIP clients with care.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and ensure cleanliness of counters.
  • Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and billing processes.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team for timely stock availability.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and market demands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail.
  • Strong product knowledge (gold, diamond, hallmarking, pricing).
  • Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English.
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong convincing skills.
  • Leadership ability to mentor and guide sales team.
  • Basic computer knowledge billing software, POS system.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during festival rush.

Salary: Based on experience + Attractive Incentives
