Sales Executive – Jewellery

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in the jewellery industry is preferred.

Department: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs and collections.
Provide product details, pricing, gold purity, and other relevant information accurately.
Handle billing, payment, and invoicing processes.
Maintain cleanliness and display of the showroom and jewellery counters.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain client relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist with inventory checks and stock arrangements.
Ensure proper handling and security of valuable jewellery items.
Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and new arrivals.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass.
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Good communication skills in Local Language.
Basic computer knowledge billing software, POS system.
Pleasant personality, good grooming, and customer-oriented approach.
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Willingness to work on weekends and festive seasons.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
