Customer Relationship Executive / Greete

We are looking for a well groomed, polite, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Greeter to be the first point of contact at our showroom. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have good communication skills, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every customer who enters the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a smile and a warm attitude.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate sales executive or department based on their needs.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk professionally.
  • Handle basic customer queries and ensure smooth entry process.
  • Offer water, seating, and assistance to waiting customers.
  • Help manage store crowd during peak hours or festivals.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team for customer support.
  • Maintain the overall look and cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Share product brochures, offers, or tokens (if applicable).
  • Assist in basic admin or follow-up tasks if required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English.
  • Presentable personality, positive attitude, and polite behavior.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and manage pressur.
  • Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Must be punctual and disciplined.
  • Willing to work weekends and during festive seasons.

Salary: As per experience + Incentives (if applicable)
